NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and honor the important work of this program and congratulate Mark Brentley Sr., School Board Member and Chairman of Take a Father to School Day, and all the volunteers, participants and partners who give themselves to further the growth and healthy development of our city's children; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, May 17, 2013 to be "Take a Father to School Day" in the City of Pittsburgh.
