NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the important work and contributions of Mary Van Horn, and in honor of her 48 years of dedication and service, does hereby declare April 13, 2013 to be “Mary Van Horn Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
