Resolution providing for an agreement or agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, software, and/or services in connection with the design, implementation, and maintenance of an Electronic Daily Activity Report for the Bureau of Police. This electronic database will allow for the recording of police officer daily activities by officer, zone and shift. Cost not to exceed $110,000.
