Resolution amending Resolution No. 871, effective December 29, 2010, as further amended by Res. 167 eff. March 11, 2011, entitled “Authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh in connection with URA's application for a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grant of up to $750,000 for the Schenley Place project” by increasing the amount of the grant to $1,750,000.
