THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate The St. Basil C.Y.M. JV Basketball Team on their 2013 Diocesan Championship; and, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, April 23, 2013 to be St. Basil C.Y.M. Junior Varsity Basketball Day in the City of Pittsburgh.
