NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Ceil Shuback for her length of years and vitality of spirit and sends birthday wishes on the occasion of her 90th birthday; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare May 6, 2013 to be “CEIL SHUBACK DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
