NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize The Clean Rivers Campaign for expanding the spirit of Earth Day into tangible action; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare April 23, 2013 to be “Clean Rivers Campaign Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
