Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements with a Consultant or Consultants, for engineering services in connection with the West Ohio Street/Ridge Avenue Bridge; including Construction Management Services; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and further providing for the payment of the costs thereof.
