NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Rabbi James Gibson for his years of service to Temple Sinai and his outreach to City residents of all faiths; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare May 4, 2013 to be “Rabbi James Gibson Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
