NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and honor the Allegheny County Labor Council for organizing such an important event; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, April 29, 2013, to be “Workers' Memorial Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
