NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Sally Harvey for her dedication to the City of Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, April 30, 2013, to be “Sally Harvey Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
