NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the Silk Screen Asian Arts & Culture Organization for their efforts to promote and celebrate Asian and Asian American art and artists; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare May 10, 2013 to be “Silk Screen Asian American Film Festival Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
