Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program” by transferring $5,500 from District 1 Neighborhood Needs Projects and adding that amount to Troy Hill Citizen's Inc. for a surveillance camera.
