Resolution authorizing a Cooperation Agreement with the County of Allegheny and the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County (“SEA”) whereby the City and the County each designate the SEA as their agent for administration of an FY 2013 TIGER Discretionary Grant in the maximum amount of $20,000,000 from the U.S. Department of Transportation for the Lower Hill Redevelopment Project.
