NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does recognize and congratulate Steve on his richly deserved retirement from Elder-Ado, Inc., and thanks him for his tireless commitment to the City's elderly population over the years, and wishes him all the best in the future; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, May 23rd, 2013, to be Stephen L. Hutter Day in the City of Pittsburgh.
