NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the important work and contributions that Family Hospice & Transitions provide on a daily basis, and does hereby declare June 1, 2013 to be “Transitions Open House Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
