NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Dr. Jared L. Cohon for his contributions to both CMU and the broader Pittsburgh region; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare June 19, 2013 to be “Dr. Jared Cohon Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
