Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program” by providing $5,000 to the Squirrel Hill Urban Coalition for improvements to the Squirrel Hill Post Office Parklet in Council District 5 Neighborhood Needs.
