NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Paul Dykes for his dedication to the Pittsburgh region ; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, June 22, 2013, to be “ Paul Dykes Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
