NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Dr. Mary Hines for her contributions to both Carlow University and the city; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare June 19, 2013 to be “Dr. Mary Hines Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
