Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service to enter into an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the County of Allegheny and Partner4Work for the shared operation and administration of the Learn and Earn Summer Youth Employment Program for calendar years 2025-2027, at no additional cost to the City.
