NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Alica Akrie for her determination and creativity in the field of fashion; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, July 9, 2013, to be “Alicica Akrie Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
