Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter into an agreement or agreements or contract or contracts with Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and Youth Opportunities Development for the purpose of designing and implementing the Pittsburgh Initiative to Reduce Crime, at a cost not to exceed $300,000.
