Resolution amending Resolution No. 86 approved February 28, 2012, providing for the implementation of a Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) Area “L”, in the Central Northside community (Council District #1) to decrease the district to remove addresses pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549.
