Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, Utility Coordination, Right of Way, and Construction phases of the Penn Ave Phase 2 project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Twelve Million Two Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($12,275,000.00), an increase of Ten Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($10,200,000.00) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at eighty percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Sixty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($68,400.00), an increase of Fifty Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($50,400.00) from the previously executed agreement.
