NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend David Edmunds Jr. for his academic achievements; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, July 23, 2013, to be “David Edmunds Jr. Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
