Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety and the Solicitor, in a form approved by the Solicitor, to enter into a “sole-source” professional services agreement with Unleashing Respect Project, Inc. for the purpose of designing and implementing a comprehensive police-community partnership program. Cost not to exceed one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000).
