Resolution authorizing the Director of Computer Information Services to design and issue a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purposes of designing and implementing an Internet-enabled, mobile-enabled application to allow Citizens to report in real time their interactions with City employees and to make that data publicly available on the Internet.
