NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby celebrate and congratulate the Harambee Ujima Black Arts and Culture Festival; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday,July 23, 2013, to be “Harambee Ujama Black Arts and Culture Festival Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
