NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Allegheny CleanWays and its dedicated DumpBusters volunteers for leading the fight against illegal dumping, and making our city and region a more beautiful place to live; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, July 30, 2013 to be “Allegheny CleanWays Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
