Resoluiton further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 capital budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program” by transferring $30,000 from District 9 Neighborhood Needs and by adding that amount to the Poise Foundation Community Outreach.
