Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Department of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Drugs and Alcohol Programs for the purpose of receiving grant funds from the Substance Use Disorder Drop in Center in the amount not to exceed ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND ($1,875,000.00) dollars for a new drop in center to provide social services for people in crisis.
