NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Barbara McNees for her contributions to both the City and the broader Pittsburgh region; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare August 5, 2013 to be “Barbara McNees Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
