NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Logan Byers for the work he does in making the City of Pittsburgh a better place to live and his parents, Paul and Barb Byers for the support they have given him; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, August 5, 2013, to be “Logan Byers Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
