NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend East Liberty Valley Historical Society; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare August 16-31, 2013 , to be “East Liberty Valley Historical Society Days” in the City of Pittsburgh.
