NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Ms. Marian Streiff for her dedication and passion to literacy in the City of Pittsburgh by providing exceptional service to the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, REAM Recreation Center and surrounding communities; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, August 19, 2013, to be “Marian Streiff Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
