NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Kansas and Rich Engler for their contribution to improving our community through the power of music; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare August 17, 2013 to be “Kansas Appreciation Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
