NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby celebrate Mary & David's 60 years of matrimony; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Sunday, August 25, 2013, to be “ Mary A. and David C. Gouch Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
