NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Macaila Ziolkowski for her great achievement and dedication to the sport of soapbox racing; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, September 4, 2013, to be “Macaila Ziolkowski Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
