NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend the After School Academy Program at Pittsburgh Langley K-8 for the enrichment opportunities provided to our youth; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, September 4, 2013, to be “After School Academy Appreciation Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
