THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh, commends IRETA for all they do to provide information, technical assistance and educational resources to policy makers, physical and behavioral healthcare providers, educators, consumers and their families; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, September 4th, 2013 to be National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month Day in the City of Pittsburgh and encourages all citizens to support treatment and recovery support programs throughout the rest of this year and beyond.
