NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend The Heitz 61 Memorial Foundation for its mission to memorialize the spirit and strength of Ryan Heitzenrater and congratulates the Foundation on its first exciting fundraiser to raise dollars to provide scholarships for higher education; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, , that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare September 6-8, 2013, to be “THE HEITZ 61 MEMORIAL FOUNDATION DAYS “in the City of Pittsburgh.
