NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Sean L Gibson and the Josh Gibson Foundation for the exceptional work they do with our youth in the City of Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, September 10, 2013, to be “Sean L. Gibson and the Josh Gibson Foundation Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
