Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of City Planning to enter into contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, professional service agreements or utilize existing contracts and other services to perform conservation assessment, restoration, and repair of the City's artwork and monument collection. Cost not to exceed $45,000.
