NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Small Seeds Development, Inc. for their work in empowering families and building a better community; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare September 26, 2013 “Small Seeds Development Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
