NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Pastor Ruth Lattimore for her inspirational and visionary leadership; and, sterling Christian service; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, September 24, 2013, to be “Pastor Ruth Lattimore Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
