Resolution amending Resolution 709, effective 11-28-2012, entitled, “Resolution authorizing the Pittsburgh Parking Authority to enter into an agreement, per a Memo of Understanding, with Carnegie Mellon University and Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Inc regarding a one-year pilot project for an Institute Managed Dynamic Pricing study for on-street metered parking on Tech Street, Frew Street, Margaret Morrison Street, and portions of Schenley Drive, Panther Hollow Road, and Frank Curto Drive,” so as to extend the pilot program for an additional year.
