NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that it is the will of the Council of the City of Pittsburgh that the City shall accept credit cards and develop a point of sale system at every cash entry point in every department in the City AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, since the Council of the City of Pittsburgh allows the Departments to increase the cost of fees and permits to cover processing, departments may also increase fees to cover credit card fees and the cost to implement and maintain a point of sale system.
