THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend ALPFA Pittsburgh for encouraging and promoting Latino leadership among students and professionals and congratulate ALPFA Pittsburgh on its fifth anniversary celebration to be held on October 1, 2013. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare October 1, 2013 to be ALPFA Pittsburgh Day in the City of Pittsburgh.
