NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the military and public service of Jim Takacs and congratulates Jim on the occasion of his retirement from his distinguished service with the City of Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, October 1, 2013, to be “JAMES A. TAKACS DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
